This project was challenging in that site was so restrictive for expansion so we decided to raise the whole roof to gain some valuable height. This contemporary upgrade brings valuable Property Value increases to this house and adjacent properties. Using LP gas and energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies, this house will create a much lower carbon footprint prior to development.
