Kanthan Design Corporation prepares certain elements of the design and construction processes. Part of this preparation includes developing, organizing and reviewing building plans, as well as preparing construction contracts for general contractors. We must ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards. This includes determining and scheduling different stages of the building process according to client needs. During construction site visits, we monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines. After building completion, we may provide additional services for expansion and relocation projects

Kanthan Design Corporation oversees the planning and execution of all assigned design projects, including the production of blueprints for building structures or materials. Specific duties include developing, implementing and enforcing CAD standards; managing inventory of CADD software and systems; training drafters and support staff; developing project and training budgets; and scheduling project completion. We are involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of production management involves dealing with people, particularly those who work in each unique project team. Our organization strategies and proven track record are essential in this regard.
