Victoria Park Residence
Kanthan Design Corporation was tasked with designing a Contemporary style house built for entertaining and creating a frontage on Fort Lauderdale’s famed Victoria Park road. This triple-level house articulates its various lines, dimensions and depths by the use of materiality and textures to create a façade that in inviting yet minimalistic in style and form.
Features include an enclosed elevator, mezzanine housed within a 3-story atrium, 4-car garage and a rooftop deck complete with an entertaining area and BBQ.
