Kanthan Design Corporation was commissioned to create a design that juxtaposed the existing vernacular of an older Florida-style home with a minimalistic linear addition.
Design elements include hidden beams allowing for large expanses of exposed tongue-and-groove, living wall system to allow for vegetation to grow on exterior, Kynar-finished standing seam roofing, upgraded energy-efficient appliances & fixtures as well as our unique hidden roof drain system design that allows for rainwater catchment/harvesting within the structure or drainage to exterior retention areas.
