This Custom-Designed home magnifies the “West Indies” style that is part of Florida’s vernacular style. The architectural features of this home encompass the indoor-outdoor lifestyle and allow for large expanses of natural light throughout. Using Low-e glass, a well-insulated building envelope and energy-efficient appliances, this project not only allows for comfortable living but all lower life-cycle costs.
