Equine Stable| Wood Framed
Kanthan Design Corporation had been commissioned with designing an equine stable for private clients, both avid horse-enthusiasts. Set within its picturesque 5-acre site, this Craftsman style stable is inviting with a custom-built bracket system at the entry coupled with stucco concrete panels creating the exterior façade.
Features include 6 full-size horse stalls, wash/groom area, storage and tack room. The use of asphalt shingles and stained wood compliment the adjacent structures on site. Native landscaping and vernacular materials were used to allow for the least intrusion within the existing context.
