This sprawling 7,000 SF estate home was built in the affluent City of Parkland. This Design features 6 bedrooms/5-1/2 baths, atrium for natural light, movie theater room, outdoor kitchen with exquisite views of the pristine golf course at the rear and of course, a private garage to park that Ferrari! The client was very particular on formal elements with contemporary motifs, which were achieved by rusticated stone and bronzed fenestration coupled with interior atriums and crafted landscaping.
